For many issues there may already exist a solution and so the first step in analyzing alternate concepts is to discover pre-existing concepts. It is then necessary to look back and say what problems are there in this concept, and redefine objectives accordingly.

 

The second source of concepts is your good friend, imagination. It is now essential to dream up as many concepts as possible without and partiality at this current stage.
